Samsung Galaxy S2 — Loss of Data

Hi,
I have a Samsung galaxy S2 GT-I9100.
I have a 32 gb sd card on another phone which recently stopped working, not knowing if the problem was the sd card or the phone, I inserted the sd card in the S2; the sd card wasn't seen by the phone.
I then put the sd back in to the other phone, but i noticed straight away that i had lost data like voice recordings, images ecc.
Can anyone tell me what happened?
The data isn't on the sd...
Is there any possible way i can retrieve my data?

Maybe you can use Samsung SD Card Recovery program to recover lost data from your SD card of Samsung galaxy S2 GT-I9100. Before that, you should make sure lost data won't be overwritten by new data.
