Recently, my TX was upgraded from ICS to JellyBean( 4.1.2) and I found my walkman being unable to open. Could any one provide any advice? I wonder if I could reinstall JB and if so, how should I proceed??

Hey @Kyimin, the first thing to do would be to back up your data and then try a battery pull (just take it out for a minute and start it up). I doubt this will fix the problem (hence the backup) so the next step is to do a Factory Reset (which you can do from the settings menu). Once you've reset your phone you can reinstall all your apps and data from the backup and you should be fine. If that doesn't work let me know and we can troubleshoot further.
