Is there a way to block txt messages like you can block phone calls ??

In order to block incoming SMS, open up the messaging app>head over to its settings>Tap Spam Messages>Tap Spam numbers> Tap the "+" 
now all done add the number you wish to block the message, tap the save button all done ! 
Is that you are trying to do ?

no, not gonna work like that on the LG G2 , no options like tap spam...

You can block calls/texts and report them as spam

You can block messages, ask your carrier service provider to block this numbers messages, they can do it.

I've heard that Advance Call Blocker has SMS Blocking Features. I would recommend you go and download that app or one similar to that and it should block those types of spam text messages. It works for me.

Alice sometimes that doesn't work for certain phones. Like for my Galaxy S7 Edge, for some reason the report never submits, whether I'm on a Wifi connection or the 4G.
