Sony Xperia Z3 — Xperia Z3 specification is different for Verison & T-Mobile

Hello Team, Please educate me why there is a difference in specification when it comes to Xperia Z3 Verison & Xperia Z3 T-Mobile. (Ex: Thickness varies in each phone model compared the original launch of Sony Xperia Z3).
