I've tried the steps you've recommended several times to no avail...when I click on clear cache...it shows ERROR!!! Then automatically starts to reboot... and nothings changed, screen is still frozen....is there a way to clear the 'ERROR' .....Please respond, I see this has been the same issue for many here but I don't see any response to the problem....is there any?? :\
