Samsung Galaxy Note 3 — The widget data does not automatically refresh sometimes.

I found that the widget of S Health which is a stock app in my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 did not automatically refresh sometimes even if I changed between home screens. I mean that the steps data didn't refresh and kept as the old data.

In addition, I wonder how to refresh the widget data manually.
