Samsung Galaxy S6 — Driving me nuts

I have 2 major issues with my Galaxay S6. Fist off if I use Dr Fone which I recently lost I could back up my phones no problem.

I bought a new Samsung but when I tried to use Kies it told me to use switch connect but every time I try I get a message on my phone "Samsung connect keeps stopping" So I can't add or back up.

The 2nd issue is when I am on the phone using eg LINE Whatsapp or whatever EVERY time it will turn off my ending my call or will go into Airplane mode turn on bluetooth ..it seems if I pit my ear near the phone something is going to happen I don't want to.
