Root/Unlock bootloader on Z3+ E6553

I buy the phone from a friend, But it's locked MXTP, And he forget mail and password.

Can i unlock the bootloader with some program or something and then root it?

You just need to be assured the USB Debug option is activated. If it is, you can do that.

Can i do that without getting in to the phone settings? Because the phone is locked (MXTP)

So you need to use ADB commands to activate it. You can find them on internet.
