Sony Xperia J — Whatsapp.

When my phone rings I can't connect with the call no matter how many buttons/icons I press.
I have to stop the call and ring back the person trying to contact me, which does work.

Any idea's as to the problem?

Are you using the official WhatsApp?
Face book is starting to shut down all unofficial whatsapps!
