I am trying to fix Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 tablet which won't boot. When i turn it on it gets to the Samsung logo and that is all. I tried to do hard reset, also didn't work. My Windows 7 do not recognize the tablet even so i installed samsung usb driver for mobile phones. Odin3 also do not recognize the tablet so i can't flash new rom. Any idea how to fix this, or can it be fixed at all? Is it a bootloader issue?
