Hi, have a Moto E unknown model, was sent to me by tracfone for free. I bought a sim card for it but am unable to figure out how to activate it. I am somewhat of a luddite as I am still on a flip phone (also tracfone). Thank you!

Go to the place you got the sim card from. They should activate it, if there is some activation to be done.
