Android TV Box cannot start

I have problem booting my android TV box as it always stuck the the company's logo 'Red Bean'.I need to do a hard reset by pressing the reset button using a toothpick,then it brought me to a screen by which I can choose the option:wipe all data/factory reset.I press ok to factory reset and ok again to restart.Unfortunately there is an error showing recovery android 5.0 not found and E:failed to mount/mnt/external_SD(no such device).I would like to know what happen and any idea how I can do to save my android box.

I think problem with update your box. You can try reflash software interface, but I can only recommend buy new box where often update software
