When you remove Excel files from your PC and also from the Recycle Bin, it only get disappear from the PC. But keep this in mind that your Excel data won’t get destroyed immediately.
Windows or Mac PC will only mark those types of Excel files as deleted but don’t remove it permanently. So still have the chance to recover deleted Excel files.
